Yoga and Somatic Bodywork
We store a lot of tension and trauma in our bodies as well as our minds, and so somatic (affecting the body) practices are an important part of wellbeing. Yoga is a powerful tool which has been used for thousands of years as a practice for mind, body and soul. Yoga is for everybody, and it is always the right time in life to harness your inner strength through yoga. Lena originally trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Yoga Dharma, Southend, UK in 2017 and has taught in various studios as well as independent classes. Lena offers private 1:1 sessions both in person and remotely via Zoom. Lena also offers group events such as pre-wedding yoga, corporate events and yoga for grief. Lena also provides somatic healing where appropriate, with training in bodywork and somatic healing methods to help release stored trauma and tension in a safe space.
