At Light Triad Wellness we value the benefits of yoga for mind, body and spirit. We embrace the ancient philosophy of yoga and find ways to incorporate ancient yogic wisdom into our busy, modern lives. Moving our bodies through yoga is one way to allow a sense of opening, letting go and finding inner peace. We offer yoga as a fundamental part of our wellness retreats. We also offer 1:1 yoga, group sessions for families, friends or workplaces, and zoom yoga. Yoga means ‘unity’ and everybody is encouraged to explore the art of yoga, to no matter what your starting point is.
